Bim Bam Boom only ships Free within Australia.
We offer freight free on all of our orders within Australia and we send all our orders through Australia Post, Star Track, Fastway or other Couriers.
Freight free is standard shipping. Express postage is available at checkout.
We try our hardest to have all our parcels sent out the same working day that you ordered.
Orders can take 12 - 48 hours to process from receiving full payment. 72 hours during peak times.
Once your order has been processed you will be supplied a tracking number.
Orders are not insured, if you would like insurance, or registered contact us.
Free gift wrapping is available on all our products.
We will send a confirmation email once your order is ready to be sent
Please allow 2-7 Days for your order to arrive, once shipped. During peak times such as Christmas, postage times may be slower than usual.

Your order will be ready next day (business days). We will email you instructions as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
My Green Stuff is open Mon - Closed, Tuesday 9am - 2pm, Wednesday 9am - 2pm, Thursday 9am - 5.30pm, Friday 9am - 2pm, Saturday 9am - 2pm. Sunday -closed.
International Orders
We are currently shipping to USA and New Zealand
All international parcels are posted by standard post with Australia post, price is calculated by weight at checkout. Prices are in AUD.
Shipping times-
USA 10 - 20 business days
New Zealand 5 - 10 business days
Covid restrictions may impact these delivery times with available flights or flight cancellations.
Import duties, fees or tariffs that are charged on arrival at destination country are the sole responsibility pf the customer/reciever
Returns Policy
We are unable to accept cancellations and do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs on any change of mind or exchange orders, if your order is not right or damaged we will cover these costs.

Once your order had been placed it cannot be changed. If your order had not been processed call us and we will do our best to change it for you. We cannot change your order once processed.
